Jennifer E. Shoup

Jennifer E. Shoup, 47, of Hughesville, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at Geisinger Medical Center.

Born Nov. 6, 1967, in Washington, D.C., she was a daughter of Patricia M. Rodarmel and the late Richard S. Shoup.

Jennifer and her husband Galen owned and operated J & G Walters General Repair, Hughesville, for the past nine years. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who enjoyed riding motorcycles, vacationing with her family at the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, of York, are her husband, Galen R. Walters, of Hughesville; a daughter, Kristin P. Walters, of Hughesville; three sons, William D. Walters, of Muncy, Ben R. Walters, of Montgomery, and Justin M. Walters, of Hughesville; a brother, Donald S. Shoup, of Pennsdale; a half brother, Brad J. Rodarmel, of Shippensburg; a stepbrother, Jim Rodarmel, of Montgomery; and four grandchildren, Ben L. Walters, BrookeLynn Walters, Brayden Walters, Carter D. Starr, and Alexa M. Minier.

Funeral services were held at the convenience of the family.
