Christine Marie Lorson

Christine Marie Lorson, 63, of 608 Shuttle Hill Rd., Muncy, died Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.
Born April 4, 1953 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Eugene R. and Maxine B. (Mahonski) Lorson.
Christine was a 1971 graduate of Williamsport High School.
She was a devoted member of the Church of the Resurrection, Muncy.
Christine enjoyed being outside and working in her garden. With a love of flowers, she patiently preserved and arranged dried flowers into beautiful crafts and items she hung around the house. Christine also enjoyed being around people and socializing. Most important in her life was her family and faith.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew and Polly Dannemann, of Manassas, Va and Christopher and Judy Dannemann, of Kirkland, Wa; a sister and brother-in-law, Catherine L. and Daniel Cupp, of Dover; a grandson, Caden Dannemann; a grandson expected in August; and four nieces, Heather Spangler, Alyssa Cupp, Lauren Farawell and Shannon Synoracki.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Deborah A and Douglas Dickey.
Friends were received from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where a rosary was recited at 5:15 p.m. Friends were received from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday, at the Church of the Resurrection, 75 Musser Lane, Muncy, where Mass of Christian Burial was held at 9:30 a.m., with her pastor, the Rev. Glenn McCreary, officiating and assisted by Rev. Brian Van Fossen.
Burial followed in Montoursville Cemetery.
