Lois M. “Toot” Harvey

Lois M. “Toot” Harvey, 82, of Muncy, died Monday, February 18, 2019 at The Gatehouse.

Born July 2, 1936 in Unityville, she was a daughter of the late Raymond E. and Leona M. (Stackhouse) McCowan.

Surviving are two daughters, Jodi L. Budman of Hughesville, and Hope N. Harvey of Williamsport; and a granddaughter, Makenna R. Budman.

In addition to her parents, Toot was preceded in death by two brothers, Ed McCowan and Ronald “Pete” McCowan.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, Hughesville.
