BARTO-Clarence (Toots) Larue Barto, 94 of Hughesville, passed away Friday, Nov. 5. Born April 22, 1927, he was the son of the late Jacob and Hazel (Reese) Barto.

RUMMEL-Kenneth “Ken” M. Rummel, 58, of Muncy, died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport. Born March 7, 1963 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Gloria F. (Kauffman) Rummel and Mark I. Rummel, who survives. Burial in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.

STERNER-William N. Sterner, 82, of Seventh St. Montgomery passed away on Nov. 2, 2021 at UPMC Muncy. Born in Williamsport on April 10, 1939, he was the son of the late Ned and Mildred (Ochenbauch) Sterner.

HULL-Mark A. Hull, 50, of Montgomery, passed away on Nov. 4, 2021, at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital of N.Y., New York. Born July 12, 1971, in Muncy, he was a son of Connie Lee (Hoover) Hull and the late Marshall W. Hull. Burial in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.

PARRISH-Eric Everett John Parrish, 67, of Muncy, passed Monday, November 1, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna Hospital in Williamsport, PA. Eric was born on September 18, 1954 in Philadelphia to the late Everett Parrish and Gertrude (Rietz) Parrish.

TOBIAS-Richard “Dick” Lee Tobias, 82, of Peachtree City, Ga., passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, Oct. 18, 2021. Born in Montgomery, Pa., he was the son of the late Harold A. Tobias and Mary Folkrod Tobias.

REYNOLDS-Susan B. Reynolds, 77, of Muncy, died Sunday, November 7, 2021, at UPMC Muncy.

WALTER-Robert E. Walter, 85, of Muncy, passed away Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021, at Watsontown Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born July 31, 1936, in Northumberland County, a son of the late Harry A. and Elizabeth M. (Taylor) Walter. Burial in Glendale Cemetery, Middleburg.

COSGROVE-Mary Louise Moran Cosgrove, 87, of Laporte, Pa., passed away on Nov. 9, 2021. She was born on Nov. 4, 1934, the daughter of Charles (Red) and Gertrude Gordner Moran of Muncy Valley, Pa.
