MCCARTY-Connie Jean McCarty, 77 of Hughesville, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 20, 2022. Connie was born on Dec. 29, 1944 in Montgomery, to the late Herman G. and Dorothy B. (Neufer) Wertz. Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hughesville.

BAER-Gwendolyn L. Baer, 81, of Muncy, passed away Saturday morning, Nov. 19, 2022, in Muncy Place, where she resided for the past year. Born Nov. 15, 1941, in Bloomsburg, she was the oldest child of the late Kimber and Ruth Yohey Roat.

JACOBS-Darlene Dotty Jacobs, 80, of Muncy, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022, at UPMC Muncy Born May 26, 1942, in Muncy, she was the daughter of Byron C. and Velma C. (Brown) Jacobs.

GLIDEWELL-Stanley R. Glidewell, 74, of Picture Rocks, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022 at UPMC, Williamsport. He was born on Feb. 24, 1948 in Williamsport, a son of the late Cleon Arthur and Hazel (Blair) Glidewell.

SMITH-Sevilla A. “Billy” Smith, 73, of Muncy, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, at UPMC Williamsport. Born June 5, 1949, in Muncy, she was the daughter of George W. and Mildred I. (Summers) Shaner. Burial at Lairdsville Cemetery.
