HEVERLY-Mary (Hilda) F. Heverly, 93, of Montoursville, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Valley View Nursing Center, surrounded by her family. Born April 2, 1930, in Hughesville, she was the daughter of the late Arnold M. and Mary E. Fox. Mary married Theodore R. Heverly Jr. on Oct. 14, 1951.

STATTS-Linda E. Statts, 70, of Muncy, died Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born August 5, 1952 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Kepner) Gray. Burial in Webster Cemetery in Huntersville.

SPRING-Jeffery A. Spring Sr., 64, of Muncy, died Friday, July 7, 2023, at his home. Born Nov. 26, 1958, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Carl D. and Doris L. (Livermore) Spring. He attended the Hughesville Area High School.

BOOTH-Timothy L. Booth, 60, of Muncy Valley, died Friday, July 14, 2023, at his home near Eagles Mere. Born April 5, 1963 in Muncy, he was a son of the late Edwin Booth Jr. and June (Kline) Booth. Burial at Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.

PETERMAN-Lonny J. Peterman, 85, of Hughesville, died Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport. Burial at Franklin (Stone Heap) Cemetery.

MYERS-Chester L. Myers, 88, of Muncy Valley, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport. Born May 2, 1935 in Muncy, he was a son of the late Stanley D. and Tressie (George) Myers. Burial at Franklin “Stone Heap” Cemetery, Unityville.

BITLER-Marlin P. Bitler, 83, of Picture Rocks, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 15, 2023. Burial in in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hughesville.
