HOFER-James Lester Hofer, 84, of Montoursville, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport. Born Oct. 28, 1938, in Hughesville, he was a son of the late Carl Hofer (Mike) and the late Ruth (Minier) Hofer. Burial at Montoursville Cemetery.

DIGAN-Ermin Digan, 83, of Muncy, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

BARTO-Grant W. “John” Barto, 87, of Watsontown, died Friday, August 18, 2023 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. He was born July 25, 1936 in Williamsport, a son of the late Grant and Mildred (Feister) Barto. Burial in the Watsontown Cemetery.

ROTHFUSS-Austin R. Rothfuss, 29, of Muncy, died Saturday, August 12, 2023 in Williamsport. Born February 23, 1994, in Lewisburg, he was the son of Ray E. Rothfuss, III, and Marti I. Davis.

MAGEE-Renee Lynn Magee, 68, formerly of Brockway and most recently of Muncy, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Muncy Place. Born July 2, 1955 in Brownsville, she was a daughter of the late James and Marlene (DeSatnik) Boyle.

REITZ-Charlotte Elizabeth Reitz left this world and entered God’s kingdom after a swift battle with lung cancer. Charlotte was born on August 30, 1940 in Slatington (Lehigh Valley). Burial at Wildwood Cemetery.

SHIFFER-Raymond “Red” Shiffer, 71, of Muncy, died Monday, August 28, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport. Born April 29, 1952, in Lewisburg, he was a son of the late Grant Shiffer Sr. and Dorothy (Hendricks) Shiffer.

ROBBINS-Wayne L. Robbins, 65, of Mill Hall, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Phoenixville Hospital in Chester County. Born August 9, 1958, in Muncy, Pa., he was a son of the late Zack L. Robbins and Loretta M. (Robert W.) Wallis-Raup, of Muncy. Burial at Moreland Baptist Cemetery, 118 Moreland Baptist Road, Muncy, Pa. 17756.
