BITLER — Maisie Bitler, 17, of Hughesville, died July 4 doing what she loved — piloting a plane. A daughter of Zach Bitler and Amber (Lance Waltz and Alyssa Kenthack, a celebration of life will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at the Williamsport Regional Airport, 724 Airport Road, Montoursville.

COWHER — Bridget Annette Cowher, 56, of Montgomery, died July 3 at home. She was a daughter of Albert Maroni Sr. and the late Betty Hafer Maroni. A celebration of life was planned for a later date.

LABUSKI — Donald J. Labuski, 89, of Montgomery, died July 8 at home surrounded by his family. He was a son of Fred and Pauline (Potrzebowski) Labuski and shared 30 years of marriage with Linette M. Zarzyczny, who survives. A memorial service was held July 12 at Sanders Mortuary, Williamsport.

RIDER — Blaine L. Rider, 52, of Hughesville, died July 5 while vacationing in the finger lakes region of New York. He was the son of John Rider and the late Melody A. (Fox) Bartlett and celebrated three years of marriage with the former Julia L. O’Connor, who survives. A celebration of life was held July 10 at Hughesville Funeral Home and Cremation Services Co., Hughesville.

SMITH — Larry C. Smith, 77, of Hughesville, died July 9 at Geisinger Medical Center Muncy.

WELTEROTH — Karen Lynne Welteroth, 68, of Montgomery, died July 9 at home with her son and dogs by her side. She was a daughtre of Donald Pegg and Iris (Deitrick) Shoff and celebrated 45 years of marriage with Michael F. Welteroth, who preceded her in death. Private services were planned.

ZEISLOFT — Vivian M. (Crist) Zeisloft, 93, of Muncy, died July 6 at Valley View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Montoursville. She was a daughter of Chalmer H. and Beulah (Smith) Crist and shared 61 years of marriage with William W. Zeisloft, who preceded her in death. Services were held July 15 at Moreland Baptist Church, Muncy, and burial followed in Moreland Baptist Cemetery.
