FERRELL — Robert W. Ferrell, 67, of Picture Rocks, died Friday, Sept. 13, at UPMC Williamsport Divine Providence. He was a son of Robert Jr. and Lorma (Egli) Ferrell. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville, with a private burial at Picture Rocks Cemetery to be held at a later date.
GANSELL — Shirley L. Blessing Schneck Gansell, 94, of Montgomery, died Monday, Sept. 23, at Muncy Place. She was a daughter of William H. and Catherine C. (Shurtz) Blessing, and shared 31 years of marriage to DelRoy L. Schneck, who died Sept. 20, 1980. She then shared 24 years of marriage with Charles Gansell, who died Feb. 8, 2009. Services were held Tuesday, Oct. 1, at Grenoble’s, Muncy, with burial following at St. John Lutheran “Brick” Church Cemetery, Montgomery.
LIVINGTON — William E. Livingston, 96, of Watsontown, died Saturday, Sept. 21, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. He was a son of Clarence and Jennie (Geary) Livingston. He married the former Rae Ona App, who preceded him in death. He later married the former Catharine “Kate” Walker, who survives. Friends will be received from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Trinity United Church of Christ, 602 Main St., Watsontown, with a memorial service starting at 2:30 p.m. A private burial will be held in the St. John Lutheran “Brick” Church Cemetery, Montgomery.
MAYLE — Marvin W. Mayle, 64, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, in Allenwood. He was a son of Ronald Lee and Shelba Regina Mayle, and was married to Billie Jean Honeycutt. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
ROBBINS — Mary B. (Baumunk) Robbins, 88, of Milton, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Watsontown Health & Rehab Center.
ROVENOLT — Maurice A. Rovenolt, 52, died Sunday, Sept. 22. Services were held Monday, Sept. 30, at Pleasant View Wesleyan Church, Muncy.
WERTMAN — Charles E. “Chuck” Wertman, 90, of Watsontown, died Thursday, Sept. 26, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. He was a son of William and Sadie (Phillips) Wertman. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
