The following Hughesville High School football players were recently selected to the District IV South All-Star Team: Kevin Daugherty, first Team Offensive Guard; Andy Laychur, first Team Running Back, Honorable Mention Inside Linebacker; Levi Oden, second Team Wide Receiver, second Team Cornerback; Kyle Patts, second Team Defensive End; Chet Ritter, second Team Offensive Tackle, second Team Defensive Tackle; and Bryce Pardoe, second Team Outside Linebacker. Kevin Daugherty and Kyle Patts will be eligible to play in the District IV All-Star in June.
