Julia Bresticker was the overall first place winner in the femaile division in the Muncy Lawn Party Irv Zablocky race.

The Irv Zablocky race was held last week during Muncy’s annual Lawn Party, and raised over $6,500 with proceeds donated to the Muncy Valley Hospital for Project 2012. The first race was held June 22, 1991. “This is the first year we had this many participants,” said Carol Zablocky, main organizer for the event. 214 people showed up to race this year.

For 20 years the race has become an annual event for runners in all class divisions. Awards and ribbons were handed out the following winners.
