Muncy center fielder Hannah Cole returned last Thursday from an injury for the quarterfinal round of the District A Class A playoffs. smacking a two-run, first-inning home run. After Crystal Good hit a one-out single Cole semt an outside pitch into right field giving Muncy the lead 2-0.

Lady Indian Amanda Kustanbauter’s pitched a one-hitter while right fielder Jaylan Jones played great defense. Muncy played Southern Columbia at Elm Park Tuesday in the semi-final round. Results not available at press time.

Neumann pulled within 2-1 when Maddie Dincher scored on a third-inning, two-out error. The Knights tried to score on that same play, but Jaylan Jones made a perfect throw to Good made the easy tag for the third out.
