Trevor Gagliano made his debut throwing five innings of no-hit ball while striking out five in Hughesville’s 2-1 win over Danville. Zach Fry came in to relieve Connor Kepner in the sixth and threw the seventh, striking out two and getting the save in his first time pitching. Alex Welch went 2-3 and scored a run.

Logan Reynolds threw 6 2/3 innings of two-run baseball but it wasn’t enough as Mt. Carmel scored two runs on a double in the bottom of seventh to win, 4-3. Ryan McClain and Zach Fry had two hits apiece for Hughesville.

Hughesville 6, Central Columbia 1
Hughesville defeated Central Columbia, 6-1. Avery Eddy earned the win after pitching four and two-thirds innings for the Spartans. Christian Fish went 2 for 3 with a two doubles while Sean Poust was 1 for 2 including a double of his own.

Logan Bower pitched five innings of one-hit ball but it wasn’t enough as Hughesville fell to Bloomsburg, 3-2. Bloomsburg scored all three of its runs in the final two innings as it won on a walkoff hit. Alex Welch and Zach Fry each had a hit for the Spartans
