Muncy 2, Montgomery 1

Hunter Dunlap threw a complete four-hit game, and Muncy scored two first-inning runs as it edged rival Montgomery, 2-1 and clinched a District 4 Class A playoff berth. Andrew Keller hit a first-inning RBI double and scored on a Nate Paisley sacrifice fly in the first inning. Montgomery’s Trevor Kennedy hit an infield RBI single in the fourth inning putting the Raiders on the board but that was the only run scored as Dunlap left runners stranded on second and third in the fifth. Montgomery pitcher Gage Yohn allowed only an earned run and three hits while striking out seven.
