Loyalsock scored four runs in the bottom of the first inning defeating Tunkhannock, 5-3. Grace Shaible and Rhandie Jessell each had two hits and two RBIs while Allyia Kennedy had a double. Hannah Winter pitched the complete game to earn the win.

Montoursville defeated East Lycoming, 3-1, in the winners’ bracket semifinals on Friday night. East Lycoming dropped to the losers bracket and played Williamsport Red Saturday morning where they were defeated 16-4 and were eliminated from playoffs.

After falling behing 2-0, Montoursville scored nine straight runs to defeating East Lycoming 19-9.

Montoursville beat Montgomery, 8-5. Montoursville came through the losers’ bracket and handed Montgomery its first loss so the two play for the title. Montgomery scored four runs in the top of the fifth inning to tie the game at five but Montoursville scored three runs in the bottom half of the inning to take control. Seth McClintock, Jake Deitrick and Trace Furman all had two hits apiece for Montgomery.
