Brayden Strouse threw three touchdowns, but Montgomery fell in double overtime Friday night, 36-35. Strouse went 9-14 for 141 yards. Hunter Budman had 17 carries for 52 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 36 yards and a touchdown.

Wellsboro 46, Muncy 14

The Indians lost their first game of the season Friday night to Wellsboro, 46-14. Muncy (5-1) took a 7-6 lead in the first quarter when Coleman Good found Michael Kustanbauter for a 48-yard touchdown pass, but Wellsboro’s defense held Muncy to just 116 total yards The Hornets scored on four of its six first-half possessions. Good with 71 passing yards and a touchdown. Michael Kustanbauter led both in receiving (48) including a touchdown, and rushing (52).
