Brayden Strouse and Gage Yohn combined for a no-hitter to lead Montgomery to a 10-0 win over Benton. Hunter Budman (3-5, triple, 3 runs) and Tyler Shadle (2-3, double, 2 RBI) led the Red Raider offense.

Trevor Miller, a Montgomery junior, went 2 for 3 with a triple and three RBIs as Montgomery scored the game’s final 11 runs defeating Bucktail, 18-8, in six innings. The Red Raiders delivered 12 hits and received strong relief pitching from Steven Prince. Seniors Hunter Budman and Brayden Strouse ignited the six-run fourth-inning surge with consecutive one-out singles. Both scored on an error, Tyler Shadle hit a sacrifice fly and Hayden Ross (3 for 4) hit an RBI triple down the left-field line taking a 13-8 lead. The fourth inning had a total 14 combined runs, eight hits, five errors and 20 batters.

Dylon Pequignot struck out eight in four innings of relief, and Jacob Corson pitched three innings of shutout baseball and added three RBIs at the plate as Hughesville defeated Southern Columbia, 7-3. Carter Marquardt went 2-3, and Chance Webb and Clayton Poust were 1-2 each having an RBI.
