Hughesville plays in districts for Track and Field

PHOTO PROVIDED Alex Snyder, of Hughesville, took home the gold medal at the PIAA District 4 Class AA Track and Field at Williamsport High School this past Saturday. Snyder’s winning throw was marked at 129.9 beating her personal best by 10 feet.
Hughesville’s Ryan Bahr had a sixth place finish in the 3,200 run at the district tournament with a time of 9:48.66. His teammate Austin Long stood on the podium with a 5th place finish in the 400 with his time of 51.75. Montgomery’s Christian Bossley high jumped his way to a 7th-place finish jumping 5-9.
