Montgomery secured its spot in the?District 4 Duals with a 30-21 win over South?Williamsport and eliminating Mounties at their chance in the duals. Kai Felix opened the match up at 132 with a forfeit, and Hunter Leet (138) defeated Gabriel Harvey by a decision of 7-1. Bradley Leon pinned Kyle Benson, in less than a minute at 285 pounds for the Raiders.?

Ethan Gush posted a 3:48 16-1 technical fall as Muncy defeated Benton, 39-36, in the final match of the evening. The result changes the seedings for next week’s District 4 Duals tournament. Benton fell from the fourth seed to the sixth seed with the loss, and Muncy moved into the fifth seed. Benton’s fourth-ranked Gable Strickland used a last-second takedown in regulation and another in overtime to beat eighth-ranked Jacob Blair of Muncy, 5-3. Muncy won despite losing to key toss-up bouts in the final seconds. Muncy did get a pair of crucial toss-up wins when Tristan Ditzler bumped to 195 to open the dual with a fall.

Also getting pins for the Indians were Ethan Gush, Tristen Ditzler, Scott Johnson, Alex Maiorana, and Chase Crawley.
PHAC Quad Meet
Lewisburg went 3-0 at last Saturday’s PHAC Quad Meet in Hughesville to earn a spot in this week’s District 4 Duals on Saturday upsetting Mount Carmel (40-31), and beating both Hughesville (41-33) and Central Columbia (55-18). Hughesville went 1-2 and Central Columbia went 0-3. Mount Carmel fell to the No. 7 seed in the tournament by going 2-1.
