Muncy’s (20-7) season came to an end on Wednesday night following their loss in the second round of the state tournament when Holy Cross defeated the Indians, 66-38. Holy Cross held just a 13-10 lead after the first quarter and led by six at the half, but in the third quarter Muncy was limited to just four third-quarter points. Noah Confer cut the deficit to 32-26 but that was the closest that got to the Commanders. In the loss Eli Weikle and Mike Fry each scored 10 points, and Ross Eyer had eight points, five rebounds and four assists. Eyer and Fry both hit two 3-points shots.
