Katrina Carpenter, sophomore at Montgomery Area High School and daughter of Michael and Pamela Carpenter has been offered a full scholarship to attend Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week at Lycoming College this summer. She will attend Week One of four one week sessions.

Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week is a week long economic education program that offers students an inside look at the private enterprise system and how the free market functions.
