The 64th annual Mingle Reunion will be held Labor Day, September 7 at Trout Pond Park at 1 p.m. Meat and drink will be provided. Please bring something for the white elephant sale.

Huntersville Area Senior Citizens will meet on Wednesday, September 9 at 6 p.m. at the Huntersville United Methodist Church for a sauerkraut supper and meeting. There will be a small fee for the meal.

Glen Sharrow American Legion Post 35 Ladies Auxiliary monthly meetings at 7 p.m. are held on the 1st floor meeting room, Main Street, Hughesville, the second Monday of every month. All members and prospective members are welcome.

Jessica Ann Hicks Bike Road Race and Family Fun Day Festival will be held on Saturday, September 19 at Van Rensselar Park in Picture Rocks from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Lots of food, crafts and fun.

Fall Foliage Bike Fest will be held Saturday and Sunday, September 19 and 20 at the Lairdsville Fire Company grounds. Two poker runs will be held beginning at 10 a.m. There will also be live entertainment, a pig roast at 4:30 p.m. and a bonfire Saturday night.
