Seasoned anglers as well as beginners are invited to attend a program about ice fishing from 2-3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at PPL’s Montour Environmental Preserve. Byron Eckardt, local ice fishing expert, will explore topics such as safety, equipment, fishing techniques and much more.
