Tiger, a stray cat, recently befriended by the Muncy Post Office staff, including Bill Buch, and has made a temporary home in the federal building for nearly a month. Surely his owner is missing the beautiful tortoise-colored feline, and should pick Tiger during post office hours. (Fry)
