The duties of a small town mayor can at times be pressing. Ask Muncy Mayor Anthony Rizzo, who was tapped to select the most luscious pair of lips in a contest at the Muncy Senior Center. Last Friday, under anonymity, each participant made a lip print on paper. Each submission was numbered and displayed on a wall. Edna Hurst was laden with prizes as the 2009 Luscious Lips winner. Seniors then enjoyed pizza provided by Gary Bassett, and cookies, baked by various volunteers.
