On Thursday, Nov. 1, Montgomery teachers brave the weather for a fundraiser.

MONTGOMERY – On Thursday, November 1, a group of Montgomery Elementary teachers rewarded the student body by spending a frigid night on top of the school’s roof.

The students had been challenged by the PTO to secure sponsors for their upcoming Walk-a-Thon. The students exceeded the goal of $6000.00 posed by the parent and teacher organization. The money raised will be going to the Elementary PTO to benefit the students. The Walk-a-Thon portion of the fundraiser will be held Tuesday, November 13 during the school day.
