Brooke Blaker from Montgomery High School helps herself to a cup of coffee at the newly constructed student cafe.

Coffee, cappuccinos, hot tea, and cocoa bring a refreshing new vibe to the student body of Montgomery High School. A combination of students and faculty have designed and created a modern style cafe for everyone to enjoy. The cafe is run by students and provides a calm and studious atmosphere. Tenth grader Jocelyn Baker said, ” It gives us more responsibility and shows that the faculty trusts us enough to treat us like adults.” Overall the students have shown a great increase in responsibility having been given this opportunity according to school administrators and teachers.
