Wyatt Hoover, a 6th grader in Rob Wallis’s classroom survived the STEM egg drop challenge on March 24th outside Myers Elementary School during a warm sunny afternoon. He said he used marshmallows to keep his egg from breaking as Wallis dropped it from the roof of the school building.

Brandi Hitesman’s egg also survived the Egg Drop Challenge by wrapping her egg in foam pieces tied with string. She said she did not test it at home but was sure it would cushion the egg.
