The Hughesville High School students qualified for the PMEA District 8 Band Festival, which will be held at Danville High School in February. Rochell Temple and Jacob Reynolds also qualified for the PMEA District 8 Orchestra Festival, which will be held at Loyalsock Township High School at the end of this month. Trey Pachucki and Cassie Walters will participate along with other top qualifying saxophonists at the orchestra festival. To add to their achievements, all five students placed within the top three of their respective sections. They are: Jacob Reynolds, Trey Pachucki, and Gabe Newvine.
