GHBA awards scholarships to 2 seniors

On Tuesday, July 25 the Greater Hughesville Business Association awarded to scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each to two Hughesville High School students during a dinner at the Country Fork Restaurant. Left to right are Diane Santo, business owner and school board member; Elly Sherman, a graduate entering the field of nursing at Bloomsburg University; Cheryl Richards, president of GHBA and owner of Cheri’s House of Flowers; Courtney Scott, who will be attending main campus of Penn State University and majoring in Veterinary Science; and Robert Titman, Treasurer of GHBA and business owner of Country Fork.
