Muncy Professional Business Association meets Thursday night at 7 p.m. at Orlie’s.

July 2 is Friday night Youth Activities, Rear 206 S. Market St., Muncy. Designed for teens only ages 12-20. Parents must retrieve children by 10:30 p.m.

Story time for kids this Saturday at Borders at 2 p.m. A fun activity is included.

Vision workshop July 6 at the Vision and Learning Center, 112 S. Main Street from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. Free for parents and professionals who suspect their child may have a learning related vision problem. Call 546-4885 to RSVP.

Muncy Valley Hospital’s Skilled Nursing Unit is hosting monthly support meetings for Alzheimers in the Park View room. Regular monthly meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 6 at 6:30 PM. The topic will be an “Open Discussion.” If you have any questions, please contact Mark Britten, Social Services at 546-4040.

The Muncy Area Lions Club will meet July 8 at Lions Park at 6:30 p.m.

July 10 is community day at the Muncy Pool. Free admission for everyone.

AARP safe driving course will be at the Life Center Friday, July 13 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. This course is for those who have already taken the 2 day, 8 hour AARP Driver Safety program on a previous year. Pre-register by calling the Lincoln Senior Center at 323-3096.

The Muncy Historical Society’s 6th annual quilt show will be held at Muncy High School July 16, 17, and 18.

The North Mountain Sportsmen’s club in Muncy Valley will hold a hunter trapper education program for ages 11 and older from July 22 to 24, 6 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 9 to 2 on Saturday.
