Sat. Apr. 16 the 1st annual Spring 5K Family Fun Run/Walk will be held at the East Lycoming YMCA. Registration will take place in the Hughesville High School gymnasium at 8 a.m. For more information call 546-8822.

April 19 Senior Health and Lifestyle Expo from 8 to 2 in the Industrial Arts Building at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds.
Apr. 20 and 21 are distribution days at Son Light House. Weds. 10 to noon and Thurs. 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Starting Apr. 22 Twin Hills will be offering a 4 week fitness class for older adults or those who lack mobility. The program supports senior fitness and healthy aging. It will be held Fridays from 10 to 11 a.m. at Twin Hills Health Center, Lycoming Mall Drive. Class is free and registration required by calling 546-5454.
