I know someone who makes almond brittle that melts in your mouth. She brings a little tin of this treat into my office every December but she refuses to give me her recipe. I on the other hand am always happy to share my recipes. The secret to my moist banana bread is not a secret…just keep a couple of unpeeled ripe bananas in the freezer and a container of sour cream in the fridge. What’s the secret to the buttery brittle? Your guess is as good as mine!
