At Home In the Woods: Staying Sharp, a presentation at the Montour Preserve on Sat. Jan. 28 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. A walk in the woods will explore tips and techniques for identifying some common trees using bark, twigs, and buds. Meet in the Environmental Education Center.

Jan. 30 is last day to order tickets for the West Branch Whitetails Hunters Night Out on Feb. 4 at the Pennsdale Fire Department’s Social Hall, 261 Village Road.
