With the weather becoming more spring-like every day, events around Montgomery are popping up like the Borough’s daffodils. The arrival of Holy Week brings many church services throughout the town. Look for the Maundy Thursday Service at Grace Presbyterian Church at 7:30 pm on Thursday, and their Easter Sunday Service at the regular time of 10:30 am. The St. John Lutheran “Brick” Church will hold a Maundy Thursday Service on Thursday at 7 pm, with Good Friday Service on Friday at 7 p.m. They will hold a Sunrise Easter Service at 6 a.m., and the regular Holy Communion Service on Sunday at 8:30 a.m.
For the kids, check out the Montgomery Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt at the Montgomery Borough Park. They always have great goodies, and it will surely get everyone ready for the Easter Bunny’s arrival!
