West Branch Chorale Sets Concert Dates

The West Branch Chorale is preparing their spring concert. Entitled “On With The Show”, the program will feature best-loved songs from movies and Broadway shows.

Guests will hear “Singin’ in the Rain, 0l’ Man River, “I’ve Got the World on a String, Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend” and many others.

Soloists are Alfred Stola and Robert Bowman. The accompanists are Joy Barto, piano, Clifton Hungerford, electric bass and John Collins, drums. Gerald Wagner will be the narrator.

This popular choral group has presented concerts in Europe, Canada and the Crystal Cathedral in California.

Directed by longtime director, Jeanne Berninger, the 65 voice chorale’s concerts will be given on Sunday, April 15 at First United Methodist Church, Muncy at 3 p.m. It will be repeated on Sunday, April 22 at Faith United Methodist Church, Montoursville at 3 p.m. The public is cordially invited to attend.
