Aloha! I just returned from a fabulous vacation in warm and welcoming Kauai, Hawaii. I kayaked, hiked, and snorkeled (and ate) my way around the island, and am happy to report that it was a wonderful experience. From the beautiful beaches to the traditional luau, this is a trip that would be perfect for the whole family, no matter what your interest. Whenever you need a break from our little town, hula on over to the islands of Hawaii!

Saturday is yard sale day and the weather looks as good as Hawaii’s.

Fundraiser to benefit Montgomery Senior Shannon Bitler who is recovering from a traffic accident that occurred on Good Friday. A traditional spaghetti meal will be served at Allenwood Fire Hall on Sunday May 20 from noon until 6 p.m. as well as a silent auction. Go to Warrior Run Area Fire Department, 1/4 mile off Route 15 & 44, follow signs. A senior at Montgomery High School, Shannon was injured in a one vehicle accident and is slowly inproving from a brain injury at Geisinger Hospital.
