Montgomery locals
The summer is the perfect time to plan weekend getaways, and there are so many options within driving distance of Montgomery. This past weekend, I took a road trip to the Finger Lakes region of New York. It was a short three hour drive, with a multitude of interesting stops along the way, including museums and beautiful state parks. There are many other great destinations close to our little town, with great “free” things to appeal to the whole family. So while there are always great things to do here, it’s nice to know that you can vacation pretty close to home!
