Oct. 26 – Halloween Pie Baking Contest and Treats for Kids in downtown Muncy, 4 to 7 p.m.

Oct. 26-Nov. 9 Early Bird Toddler Tales at the Muncy Library. Three sessions on Friday mornings from 10 to 10:45 a.m. for ages 12 months to 3 1/2 years. Miss Victoria presents an active program for busy little children and their caregivers.

Oct. 26 & 27 – Hauntings at the Old Butcher Shop Barn on the grounds of the Pennsdale Fire Co., 261 Village Rd. 6 to 11 p.m.

Oct. 27 Halloween reflectors – make them at the Muncy Public Library with Sharon Bitler at 10 a.m. Parents are asked to remain with youngsters. Pre-registration required at 546-5014. Bring in any old CD’s or DVD’s to use for the craft if you have them.

Oct. 27 Saturday from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Skulls and Bones will be presented at the Montour Preserve. Take a look at some skeletons from nature’s point of view. Skulls from several animal adaptations will be discussed. Pre-register by calling 437-3131.

Oct. 30 – trick or treat night at the Muncy Public Library. Stop by the library in costume from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and receive a treat.
