Apr. 2 and 4 will be the final safe boating course for the year to be held at Gander Mountain in the Lycoming Mall from 5 to 9 p.m. Participants will receive a USCGA boating certificate upon successful completion of the course. Those who wish to operate a personal water craft with a 25 horsepower or more are required by law to have the certification.
