“Kitemaking with Dave Bross” has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 13, from 10:30-12:00 at the Muncy Library. Reservations will be taken for half-hour time slots. All ages are welcome, however parents must stay with their children under five. These kites are guaranteed to fly!
