Nov. 21, AARP Driver Safety Refresher Course, 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., LifeCenter. ?For individuals who have attended the two-day, eight-hour AARP Driver Safety program and have proof that they attended the course. Please preregister by calling the Lincoln Senior Center at (570) 323-3096, from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Monday and Wednesday. Prepayment is required. Nov. 24 The 11th annual Festival of Trees will begin at the Lycoming Mall. Auction will take place Dec. 13 with proceeds going to the Salvation Army.
