Toddler Tales with Miss Victoria will begin on Friday, Jan. 17 at the Muncy Public Library and run Jan. 24, 31 and Feb. 7 from 10 to 10:45 a.m. for children ages 12 months to 3 1/2 years and their caregivers are invited to sing songs, learn finger plays, hear a short story, and engage in developmentally appropriate toys.
