Tired of the snow? My family and I have decided to make the most of the winter weather. With a bit of research, we discovered that there is a dog sledding tour available in the Poconos. We are always looking for new and interesting family adventures and are excited for our visit to “Arctic Paws” in a few weeks.

The snow has hindered many of the games scheduled for Montgomery High School’s winter athletic teams. There is still time, though, to catch a game during the regular season. Come out and support your local athletes.

Emily Winder and Kelsey Roberts will be representing the school at the PMEA District 4 Region Band festival to be held at Williamsport High School.

The Montgomery Borough Council meeting for this month will be held on Tuesday, February 10.

The next Montgomery Area School Board meeting will be 7 p.m. Feb. 17 in the district administrative board room.
