Forms can also be picked up at Muncy Bank & Trust in both Muncy and Dewart.

“Revitalize Montgomery” continues its work as fall draws near. If interested, meetings are still held twice each month. The first Wednesday of the month is an evening meeting at “Tickle’s Music” Store beginning at 6:00 p.m. The third Wednesday is a 10:00 a.m. meeting at “Valley Rehab” on Main Street. More help is needed in planning a river trail through the help of the Susquehanna Greenway and some available grants.

It was a fantastic week of SPIRIT in Montgomery as we celebrated our annual Homecoming. The halls of the school were alive with pride. Various dress up days and events were planned throughout the week to encourage the academics as well as extra curriculars. The crowning of our 2015 princess and queen was during half time of the Friday evening football game. Freshman, Kaitlyn Forrestal and senior, Amy Winder were this year’s winners.

The students met the goal set by the PTO organization and are looking forward to a year of educational field trips and family events. Thank you to all of the sponsors.
