Annual car show set for May 7

HUGHESVILLE – The East Lycoming Education Foundation will be hosting its third annual “Carz and More” show on May 7 at the Hughesville High School.
Registration will open at 9 a.m. and the show will conclude at 2 p.m. with the awarding of “Peoples’ Choice Awards” to the top three vehicles that receive the highest number of votes. Awards will also be given for the greatest distance driven as well as the youngest participant.
The show will also feature various vendors, a pig roast and lots of other good things to eat. The show is sponsored by Fairfield Auto Group and Fairfield Performance and they will also be bringing demonstration vehicles to the show. Fairfield will offer tours of their performance facilities. There is no charge for spectators. Last year over 130 cars, trucks, motorcycles and farm tractors participated in the show.
