Wednesday – Stuffed pepper casserole, creamy ginger carrots, green and wax beans, tapioca pudding.

Thursday – Beef and broccoli, stir-fry vegetables, fried rice, fruit cocktail.

Friday – Hamloaf with pineapple sauce, green beans, candied sweet potatoes, oatmeal cookie.

Week of March 2

Monday-Breaded boneless pork chop, baked beans,cheesy caulifower, macaroni salad.

Tuesday-Chicken marsala, herbed rice, green bean casserole, fresh orange.

Wednesday-Roast beef with gravy, creamed spinach, parslied potatoes, pumpkin custard, dinner roll.

Thursday-Swiss steak with herbedmushroom gravy, buttered noodles, peas with pearl onions,tropical fruit salad.

Friday-Chicken barbecue with roll, sliced cinnamon apples, broccoli and carrots, creamy cole slaw.

Week of March 9

Monday-Baked ham with cheddar sauce, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, vanilla pudding with applies, whole wheat bread

Tuesday-Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice, broccoli and cauliflower, fresh orange.

Wednesday-Roated pork barbecue with roll, molasses baked beans, mixed vegetables, creamy cole slaw.

Thursday-Sliced turkey thigh with dressing and gravy, butternut squash, green beans, baked custard.

Friday-Tuna noodle casserole, broccoli, glazed carrots, chocolate cake with pudding.
