Week of March 30-April 3

Monday-Goulash, peas, sliced carrots, chocolate pudding.

Tuesday-Hamburger barbecue sandwich, beans and greens, butternut squash, carrot raisin salad.

Wednesday-Chicken parmesan, penne noodles with sauce, Italian vegetable blend, banana.

Thursday-Pork sausage, fettuccine alfredo, peas and cauliflower, fruit cocktail.

Friday-Parmesan breaded baked fish, au gratin potatoes, dilled carrot coins, gelatin with peaches, whole grain bread.

Week of April 6-10

Monday-Teriyaki meatballs, brown rice, garlic broccoli, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday-Cheddar cheese omelet, stewed tomatoes, hot cinnamon apples, whole wheat bread, pumpkin custard.

Wednesday-Mexican taco salad with meat, tortilla chips, Spanish beans, lettuce and cheese.

Thursday-Baked ham with pineapple glaze, candied sweet potatoes, green beans, whole grain bread, fresh orange.

Friday-NO MEAL.

Week of April 13-17

Monday-Barbecue chicken, au gratin potatoes, macaroni salad, broccoli and carrots.

Tuesday-Rigatoni with Italian meat sauce, creamy coleslaw, spiced cinnamon apples.

Wednesday-Roast pork with dressing and gravy, chive-mashed potatoes, lima beans, baked custard.

Thursday-Lemon pepper fish, penna Alfredo, stewed tomatoes, fresh apple.

Friday-Sausage gravy and biscuit, mixed vegetables, tropical fruit salad.
