Students tour history museum

HUGHESVILLE – The Local History Class at Hughesville High School made its annual trek to the museum of the East Lycoming Historical Society on South Main Street. Students chose one of three stations for a ‘show and tell.’

Docent Mary Temple Gray described the pharmacy display and brought with her the uniform, cape and cap she had worn when graduating from the School of Nursing at the Poly Clinic Hospital in Harrisburg.

Seventy students visited the museum on September 30.
