Photographers Call to EntryA “Call to Entry” for the Susquehanna Valley Shutterbugs’ 2020 Annual Juried Photography Show has been issued to the public.

Each photographer can enter up to five photographs, and all entries will be judged by a panel of judges with recognized expertise in photography and/or the arts.

Photographs will be exhibited at the Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society from May 8-30, with a wine and cheese reception at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 8, .

All pre-registration of entries must be done online. No registration will be available at drop off. Pre-registration begins on April 2, and registration cut-off is 12 noon, Friday, April 24.

An email address is required for submission. A non-refundable entry fee of $10 for SVS members, $15 for non-members, and one half off for students, per photograph, must accompany each entry.

Color and black-and-white photographs will be judged together. Cash prizes will be awarded as follows:

Best in Show – $300; First Place – $200; Second Place – $150; Third Place – $100; Honorable Mention – $50; Judge’s Choice (one per judge= three ribbons) – $50 each.
